Sherri L. Smith is the author of seven award-winning young adult novels, including the 2009 California Book Awards Gold Medalist, Flygirl, the cli-fi adventure Orleans, and Who Were the Tuskegee Airmen?, part of the New York Times bestselling Who HQ series. Her books appear on multiple state lists and have been named Amelia Bloomer and American Library Association Best Books for Young People selections. Diana Giovinazzo is the co-creator of Wine, Women and Words, a weekly literary podcast featuring interviews with authors over a glass of wine. Diana is active within her local literary community as the president of the Los Angeles chapter of the Women’s National Book Association. The Woman in Red is her debut novel.
